Event Description:Facilitated by Lori Hendricks, this "Re-Work It" campus conversation will explore the following discussion questions:
.) Describe a time when you were operating at your personal best at work. What was working? What brought you joy/reward?
.) What causes you stress? How do you respond to stress?
.) How might differences in work styles require different approaches to the concept of work-life balance?
.) What differences might exist across generations with regard to the idea of work-life balance?
.) How can we acknowledge the ‘Platinum Rule’ (e.g., do to others as they would have done to them) with our colleagues when it comes to work-life balance?
