Event Description: Facilitated by Elizabeth Thompson, KC Haydon, and Katrina Borowiec, this "Re-Work It" campus conversation will explore the following discussion questions:
.) Do you ever feel like your successes are an accident? Do you feel it’s only a matter of time before you are discovered as a fraud?
.) How do you cope with these feelings of inadequacy? Do you take on more work in order to demonstrate your worth or credibility?
.) How does the culture at MHC contribute to these feelings?
.) What are some tangible things we, as members of the Mount Holyoke community, can do?
