Dr. Blake will talk about what research science is telling us about the human health and environmental impacts of ubiquitous exposure to chemicals in products as well as the latest developments in global and local regulation
around chemicals.

She will also discuss the interplay among science, regulation, policy, and global economic drivers to cheaper materials and labor, and current efforts to shift us from a “take-make-waste” model for the global economy to the "triple bottom line" of people, planet and prosperity.
