Event Description:Did anyone see (or hear about) Seth McFarlane's painfully sexist and racist jokes during the Oscars ceremony? Why is it that when sexism is hidden behind comedy, especially in Hollywood, we are expected to laugh because it's "just a joke"? Should we be laughing? When we see these things and get angry are we simply overreacting? Is Hollywood given a free pass when it comes to diversity and inclusion?
