The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., gave a sermon at Mount Holyoke half a century ago this month. The entire MHC community is invited to commemorate this historic moment.

We'll listen to excerpts from the sermon preached on October 20, 1963, and consider the context in which Rev. Dr. King preached, and consider today's call to be people of action, people of faiths, people for justice.

Read Dr. King's sermon, and learn more about his visit to MHC, at http://alumnae.mtholyoke.edu/blog/dr-kings-words-at-mhc-inspire-50-years-later
